Will it hurt or damage my skin?

With several levels of intensity, you are able to adjust the suction, massage, and heating power of our device with ease to help you become comfortable with our device at low levels before progressing.

Starting at a low level is most optimal for beginners and does not hurt or cause permanent skin damage. However, you might notice redness right after using it and that's completly fine - the redness will go away in a few minutes. It just indicates the effectiveness of the device.

Some people with sensitive skin might experience bruising, which is also completly fine, and usually disappear after a few days. Make sure to take a break and start treatment again after the bruising is gone.

Do you offer returns?

You may return most new, unpened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
