Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this timeframe, your order will have entered the processing phase, and we may not be able to accommodate modifications. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your item arrives damaged, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery. A product is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g., dented boxes) with an intact product inside is not considered damage.
To report a damaged item, email us at hello@kudaore.com with clear photos of the damage. We will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other shipping-related factors beyond our control. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. Kudaøre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is used and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, you will not be eligible for a resend or refund.
