Order Processing Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

The estimated delivery time depends on several factors, primarily your location. Below are the estimated shipping times according to your country of residence:

Please note that during peak seasons and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control. If a product is being shipped internationally, there may be unexpected customs delays, which could increase the overall delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your address, our customer support team will reach out via email within 3 business days for verification. If we do not receive a response within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@kudaore.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications beyond this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery

At Kudaøre, we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, some delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Courier delays (e.g., weather disruptions, transportation issues)
  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Address verification problems
  • Product availability or payment processing delays

While we will notify you of any significant delays, Kudaøre is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will do our best to keep you informed about your order status.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@kudaore.com, and we will assist you. However, once the package has been handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen:

  1. Contact the courier directly to file a claim.
  2. Provide any necessary information required by the courier.
  3. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Kudaøre is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and does not provide refunds for them. However, depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement. If the package cannot be recovered, we may recommend filing a police report.
